Today, my wife will learn how to cook fried rice. It’s a popular food in my country. Especially for breakfast because it only takes 10-15 minutes to cook, so fast and effective for rush morning. Actually, there are many kinds of fried rice, such as Javanese fried rice which is using lot of soy sauce, seafood fried rice, Chinese fried rice, etc. And I think every chef have their own recipes and method to cook it. But, basically it just made from rice and combine with some egg, onion, chicken, butter, ketchup or soy sauce. Here is my breakfast for today.
